The scratcher itself is great. It's sturdier than regular cardboard; it's a bit thicker in a way that's hard to show in photos. It will last much longer than a cardboard scratcher would and costs less. My cat loves to stretch on this scratcher, so it does that job well.The included adhesive strips, however, are not the best. They'll hold for a few weeks, but then the scratcher drops off. I can press it back on, but it will never stay there for more than a day or two. Not enough surface on the board to hold onto. I'm going to try hot glue and command strips. I'll report back if that works.Update: Hot glue (i use a cooler temp hot glue) and command strips or similar works just fine. Be sure to use strips that will support your cat's weight, of course. Rental friendly that way!

La manera en que el cartón está comprimido es ideal para que la duración sea mayor. Los compré hace varias semanas y están casi como nuevos, no como otros cartones que se desbaratan rápido. Lo único malo que le veo es que el pegamento no dura nada. Así que no los coloqué en la pared, sino en el piso y mis gatos además de rascar lo utilizan como una pequeña cama.

It will not stay adhered to the wall,as soon as cat starts to scratch it,it falls of the wall. This item was not cheap, I expected better

Leider fällt das Brett ständig ab. Die Klebestreifen an der Wand (Raufaser) halten, nur die am Brett nicht. Das Brett ist sonst stabil und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Um es auf den Boden zu legen, weil es nicht hält an der Wand, ist es zu teuer.
