I got these for my husband after finding success with a different stir in adaptogen blend for my own anxiety disorder (which still blows my mind after a year that it can actually help my panic attacks from escalating after using adoptogens for over a year.) I didn’t know if they would work for someone who doesn’t have an anxiety disorder, so the price point with the reviews seemed like a great option to try out. He is in accounting so the first 6 weeks of the year are extremely stressful every day with long work hours. He really appreciated these and could feel a difference in his stress levels lowering. He would take before work, and again later in the evening on stressful deadline days. The pill form was easy for him to take with water and keep the bottle in his work bag. I would recommend this blend for someone who is looking to see if adaptogen blends help their stress levels.

I’ve been doing a lot of research on adaptogens lately and this is so helpful! I do notice a big change in my mood and energy and just my overall demeanor. As someone who is ALWAYS tired, this goes a very long way and I will buy again

I purchased a jar of this for $9.99 just 6 months ago. What on earth justifies such a price increase? The product was good but I am hesitant to repurchase.

Kind of hard to beat for the price. This is a great stress formula and the potency of the ingredients seems good. No hidden allergens on the label and I had no reactions.

They didn't leave a bad aftertaste. I haven't noticed a difference in my work outs, but I do take other supplements. They weren't too large, either. I like the ingredients and what they can do to help my body.

I've been taking these mostly at night to help with sleep, but have noticed that every night I've taken them, I felt weird the next day... like more emotional or something. I'm not sure which herb would be doing it. I don't think it's the ashwagandha, holy basil, astragalus, black pepper, or ginseng (which I have all taken before), so I'm guessing it might be either the eleuthero root extract, or the schisandra berry extract! This supplement would probably work well for someone who doesn't have the weird next-day reaction.

Before taking these vitamins I was sluggish and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. After taking these not only I am more relaxed but I have more energy. They didn't have an after taste so I highly recommend them.
