Easy to used. So far is helping with my knees pain.

Was looking for magnets comparable to Nikken. These are smaller and do not seem to be as effective or powerful. Still good value but jury is still out on effectiveness.

Magnets works very good to relive pain in my back.

They do work ! But half the package has smiley faces and that seems to cause me blisters ! Super easy to use and effective .

Great for substitute to acupuncture needles.Many uses if you apply magnets to points as per Traditional Chinese Medicine. You can leave them in for long periods of time if you use paper tape instead of the adhesive round tape tha come with the magnets.

I attached some of these magnets last night and woke up to a hand that still hurt and that, when the magnets were removed, left behind spots that look like what you see in my photos. No wonder I'm returning them.I have used magnets to reduce or do away with pain for decades (since the early '90s) with great success. Your doctor might just roll his eyes if you tell him that, but my personal experience is all I need to know that at least for some people they do work. However, these magnets, which I received yesterday, did nothing to help with the pain I was having at the base of my thumb, so I removed them. What remains is indentations they made in my skin -- leaving purple/blue deep spots where the magnets were. They look like bruises. Would I put these on my skin again? Nope. Never.There are other small magnets perfect for trigger spots available on Amazon, ones that work (at least for me) and that do not leave you with markings like the ones left by the magnets sold here on this page. Search for them. And if you find them, also get some waterproof Nexcare tape to attach them to yourself because the small round adhesive they come with don't work well and cannot be reused. Nexcare works great. (Oddly, though, the circles with adhesives that come with the magnets sold on this page do adhere quite well (but not reusable, like the others). That's the only good thing I can say about them.
