do these seat covers fit for a Ford 2013 e-250 van?

Will these fit my Toyota 2007 Sienna?

I have them on a 2012 Venza, and the front bucket seats are not too different than the Sienna'a. My wife had a 2010 Sienna and they fit when I tried them on that vehicle. They are not full coverage covers - just the front and a bit of each side. The bottom fits over the entire seat bottom. The headrest is a separate piece. I've had no problem with them on my Venza and I'm in and out of it several times a day

The cover keeps coming off the seat. It does not stay for long.

Its a car seat cover which fits the seat. The material used is so thin and silky, that it keeps slipping out of the seat. Every time you get up, the covers come off.
