Great spacer blocks for weight machines
I actually use these as pads to place in chest press machines to make more space for my arms to each the handles. The hooks are great for attaching a bungee loop so the block doesnโt go flying off of the machine. If you make this idea a product give me a kickback! Hahaha.

The wooden block is very smooth and perfect for pinching. I wish it offered a variety of sizes to adjust the grip but overall for the price a very well made item.
