I've had lots of compliments on the fire, it looks like an authentic log burner fire - gives out some nice heat and is very quiet. It's gets the thumbs up from the dog and me too!

Like everything about this fire the all round flames and the way the flames are not so artificial as some fires are with circular lights this is so much nicer - I like the fact you can have just the flames effect and no heat for mild nights too - and its quiet just one bug bear - no remote control ! so in time will these switches wear out we are carful not to put them on off too often but who knows this may be its weakest link

Lovely fire with a realistic look when lit the log store below added to the overall look.However we had brought two similar design fires and like this one, they had fingerprints, streaks and marks inside the glass. We had brought two different brands so can only think it's a design fault.Such a shame as the fire was lovely but the marks are off putting and no access to open the doors to manually clean yourself.The return was easy and no hassle.

Bought this for the flame effect rather than the heat. It’s a very nice slimline fire and looks very attractive, especially once we’d purchased the logs to finish the look. Very happy with the purchase.

Really great fire, much better than we expected. Heats the room very quickly and really easy to use.

I'm really delighted with my electric wood burner. I bought it to go in my old fireplace and I wasn't sure if it would look right. But it really goes in well and looks really authentic. I use it mainly for the fire effect but have also put the heat on too and it throws out a good level of heat even on the lower setting.

The media could not be loaded.  I was a little unsure when I ordered as there were no reviews at the time, but it is honestly an amazing electric fire that finishes my room of perfectly!The heat output is also good and not too loud.
