I love my chair but I need to replace the remote as the original is broken.How do I order and pay for a replacement?

The colour was more a light grey than beige. Unless the wrong one was sent as there is a grey option, but that looks alot darker in the pictures. There was a scratch down the side of one of the arms leaving the fabric frayed somewhat. (Forgot to take picture) Other than those two things everything else was just fine. And despite those two things my mum was happy to keep it. She loves it, she find it very comfortable and the massage & heat are just right for her. If it was for me I personally would have preferred a higher massage (I tested everything was working when I put it together for her so I know the level) Overall a solid buy. This is a brilliant chair. Had it a week and everyone loves it, especially the massage. It was bought for my dad who has issues standing up and this really helps to get him out of the chair with miminal effort and discomfort.

I paid £579 for my chair and when I first got it ,I really couldn't sit on it. I have a really bad back and it was killing me. I have been able to sit butchered is a huge lump on the right hand side of the seat cushion,I think it will cause me real problems and I don't want to keep it.

My mother has been waiting for replacement Chair since beginning of april.. had numurous messages was then asked to remind them at beginning of may. No response. Informed amazon still no response. THis has left my 85 yr old mother very upset and desperate for her chair. would not recommend again.

I am happy with the seat but the colour is no where near Beige not even a shade of, it is grey. Additionally the arms arrived 2 hours after the main body. I will keep on this occasion as I have set up finance other wise I would return.

So comfortable love the massage and the heat, helps me relax and eases the pains in my legs and back. Would definitely recommend it to anyone with mobility problems.

It's not a huge chair so it sits comfortably in the corner of my small lounge. So, so easy to put together. My twin sister and I did it between us and we are both 72 years old with some health limitations. I read the instructions and we shared the lifting. The sides attach to the base first and then the back part to the base of the chair. The instructions were very clear and well drawn. Each electrical wiring connector is different so there's no problem with the connections. Some time has passed....As far as usage is concerned I have had to pop two layers of memory foam on the seat because I can feel the stuffing! I do have arthritis and fibromyalgia so I do feel a lot of pain. This has eased the situation but I feel I should have saved more and bought a better quality chair. Two years on and I'm still uncomfortable sitting on this chair so I no longer use it. I have had to buy another chair of improved quality and therefore at a higher price... but this time I went to a furniture shop and tried it out for half an hour before purchasing it. I should have done this first time around.Xxx Lesson learned!
