These kraft paper bags are heavy duty and will not tear like other paper bags we have used for book sales

We purchased these on amazon.com from ReStockIt about a month ago. The idea was to use them in our district’s trash reduction program, in which virtually all organic waste is separated out and composted, rather than going into the landfill. We needed sturdy, organic bags (i.e. paper) to hold this waste and allow easy disposal in the bins.So far, we are very pleased with how these heavy duty paper bags are working.These are good quality, noticeably heavier weight than regular paper bags you may have come across at the super market or elsewhere. In fact, they are so heavy that I was surprised when I picked these up at the UPS store to take them home - it was a very heavy parcel!Not much to complain about here, except one minor thing. The shipping wrap was damaged slightly when we received this (although the bags were fine), but that’s more the fault of UPS than the seller.If you are in need of heavy duty paper bags, look no further - these are great!

I have bought these bags 2X in the last 2 years. They are heavy duty. I use them for my farm stand. These are 75# where most grocery store bags are 56# or 65#. It looks like the manufacturer is AJM. The bag is 1/6 BBL - Made in the USA. It also says "Renewable, Recyclable Sustainable Contains Minimum 40% Post-Consumer Material. The package weights 58 lbs and it contains 400 bags.Last year, I ordered from MyOfficeInnovations and they shipped the bags in a shipping box. This year, I ordered from Restockit and they did not put it in a shipping box. It was just wrapped in the normal paper wrapper that they are bundled in. I could not believe it. The sides of the paper wrapper were open. Lucky that there was no rain or the bags would have gotten wet. The bags are good quality but in the future, I think that I would order from MyOfficeInnovations vs Restockit based on the shipping.

Great Bags. Heavy duty and so many uses. Use for a garbage pail liner, use it to cover items you want to keep dust off of, use it for a strong wrapping paper to mail items, use as a shelf liner without cutting and can be used as a bag later.

Good, strong grocery bags. I needed these for transfer of material from my paper shredder to the recycle container. The grocery store no longer gives any grocery bags and I was at a loss as to what to do. I produce a lot of paper confetti each week and needed about 5-8 bags and the recycle company requires that they not be be placed in a plastic bag. This works great. My grandchildren help with the paper shredding and they have discovered that packing the confetti s also fun. Reasonable price.

This was just what I was looking for. Have used similar grocery bags for years as garage bags in kitchen. Seattle now requires bring your own to store and finally ran out of old used ones. Found the same brand here but without handles, which is good. They are thicker than those the grocery stores used to provide. Probably don't need them this thick, but they were a good price and very sturdy.

Quick shipper but bags were not heavy enough

Duro's #75 bags are a good, quality, moderate-weight bag. The 12"x7"x17" size makes it a perfect grocery bag. We used them to carry books at a library book sale, and we placed plastic t-shirt bags around them to prevent the paper bags from ripping and to facilitate carrying. In my experience, these bags are NOT truly heavyweight; I reserve that classification for the bags that are 50-100% thicker than these. The bags are well-constructed and are certainly not thin or flimsy; they held up well as book sacks. It's worth noting that the bags come in a very large, heavy box. A very good buy for the price.
