ROYAL CRAFT WOOD Bathroom Organizer Shower Bathtub Caddy

We changed our shower from chrome to black matte and these shower caddies are the PERFECT shelves to hold our shampoos. The combination of wood and black matte makes for a beautiful addition. They are very sturdy & support even our "economy-size" pump products!

The is sleek and sexy. I love using black, white, and grey on my interior design, so this works perfect. It has great storage capacity and can hold the weight of all bathroom items. You can use it for spices in your kitchen as well.

Fell apart right out of the box. Returning and will try again. I’ll let you know. Received a replacement quickly, however, one of the small boxes had a split through the wood. Called the company and they sent out a replacement no hassle. So far the tray has held up well and looks nice. They have great customer service, however, they need to work on quality inspections before they send the products out.

My tiling crew failed to tile built in shower shelves but these turned out to be an awesome alternative. I think I actually prefer them to the tile shelves because the water and soap residue drains down rather than settles on the shelf. Good price as well. Solidly adheres to tile wall.

The product is great, but the customer service is even better! When opening the package the product came in, it was obvious the carrier didn't treat the package with care. One of the trays were broken. I was able to easily contact Royal and they shipped a replacement piece at no charge within 3 days!

I received my caddy last week & once my new tub arrives I'll be sure to use it! It looks great. Seems sturdy enough & I like the pads given to place on the bottom so you don't scratch the tub. So far, so good! I'll update once I've had a chance to use it.

I agree with one reviewer who said that it is sturdy and a nice quality. However, you should note that several of the little slots and spaces are all movable. This means that when you pick it up, they have a habit of falling or shifting. And the tray itself elongates - when you pick it up. I wanted to store this at the end of the soaking tub in a vertical position and couldn’t do this very easily. I think I’m going for something that is simpler. Just too many moving parts for my needs.

When I first got this I loved it, it was ideal for our new bath but over time the black colour as leaked and run down the bath in black streaks. It doesn't not appear to fair well when it gets wet over a period of time.

Impressed with the quality of this tray. The versatility of it is very useful.

Disappointed that this came damaged and the package itself was open. For the price expected it to be in pristine condition. Trying to see if a replacement is possible.
