Absolutely brilliant value for money! I keep them in my work bag to get in a little extra resistance training on my breaks

I bought this set for the cost & extra 50lb tubing as I adapted it for a damaged tube on a simple rowing machine. The set has everything needed for basic training at home & with the storage bag, training away & tidyness are easily managed.

The best bargain I have had in ages.

Great idea and add versatility to your home workouts but the band weaken after time. Shame really.

I don't want to risk breaking a door frame so I'm not using the included strap but like in the diagram it shows someone standing on the bands and just lifting, these reach far above my head with little resistance even when equipping every band.

I think they have added an extra zero to each band 50lb = 5lb. bought these as my 50lb band on my other set had broken . all bands together prob dont offer much more than about 30lb resistance buy more expensive items or you will waste your money.

Probably the best product I have bought for training with. I use weights and benches, but these give a good workout when away from the gym. Buy with confidence, made very well not cheap rubbish.

Good stretch on the bands and a nice high range of different lbs
