I’ve been using the Clay Lotus Organic Purifying Neem and Tea Tree Face Wash since the beginning of 2022, and it’s simply wonderful! This product keeps my face clean and clear of blemishes, providing a balanced, refreshed feeling every time. I don’t usually wear makeup, but when I do, this face wash effectively removes it without any residue. It has made a noticeable difference in the clarity and health of my skin.A little tip: you only need about a pea-sized amount, if not a bit less, and a few drops of water to emulsify it in your hand. Make sure to rinse it all the way off. I also find that you don’t need to lather or rub it in for too long—just enough to get the job done. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a natural solution to balanced, clear skin!

I bought this for my boyfriend because he wanted something for his skin that smells like Sandalwood. And he has a beard and is very skeptical about face washes, he doesn't want anything to damage his beard. I knew this would be a great fit because of the organic ingredients. We received it today and I was curious and wanted to try it for myself. As soon as I put it on my skin and started lathering the soap on my face I was amazed at the smell and how soft my skin was feeling already, it helped remove my makeup rather quickly and left my skin feeling soft, feeling amazing and smelling so good! I have been using Neutrogena Foaming Face Wash for years, and always am leary of trying other brands, just because my skin is combination oily and dry. I am so glad I tried this face wash, with just one use I am in love, to the point I just bought myself a jar of it. We have his and hers sinks, but I want him to have his own bottle, and me my own, love it that much! If you are worried about the price, think about the quality.. You are ofing to love it!

Really nice and long lasting, it smells nice too. Make sure to put your face cream after a bit dehydrating.

Most facewashes I use leave my skin dry and itchy, but this one does not cause either! I have rosacea and very sensitive skin and have to be careful about face products. They usually either really irritate my skin, leaving it very red, or causes me to break out in pimples, but this product moisturizes and does not have that strong of a scent. My daughter has eczema and she uses it for her face too because it is so gentle, yet cleans well. It smells a little like sandalwood, which is not my favorite, and is the only part I don't really like. The scent alone is not too strong and would not stop me from buying more just because it is so moisturizing and doesn't irritate my skin. I will definitely be buying this product for years to come.

I expected much more. After two weeks of use, I can say that it irritates the skin and should definitely be avoided around the eye area. It is certainly not suitable for sensitive skin. I did not find it particularly effective. Additionally, the smell is pungent and unpleasant. My face does not feel clean, and the oil production remains unchanged. I do not recommend it for sensitive and combination skin or for those with blackheads/whiteheads.

This stuff is the real deal!! I was avoiding anything other than bar soap because of all the additional ingredients used to make it, yes, even the natural stuff. I finally got tired of it and stumbled upon this, turmeric was no longer getting the job done. Not only does this stuff leave your face SUPER clean and smooth, but it kicks blemishes in the butt and I have a feeling it may even help with my dark spots, only time will tell. It is thick, so a little goes a long way. Doesnt smell great lol but it smells like it works if that makes sense?? Anyway, I just wash my hands before use to keep germs at bay. And to those wondering how oil can possibly create this concoction..if you know anything about soap you would absolutely know that this is not actually "soap", it doesnt even lather the same as any gel, liquid or bar soap nor does it have the same consistency.. it gives a nice sudsy cleansing though, but you can feel and see the difference. It is just perfect!!

This face wash worked really well for me and even better for my niece! I have very only skin and it gives a clean but not dry feel. My teenage niece had really bad breakout and after she tried a lot of different products, I ordered it for her. After about three days there was a huge improvement. She was so happy and now uses it twice a day. I am amazed how well it worked for her. I wish I had done a before and after picture. Update-they changed it and it’s not as good. The consistency is different, smells different and doesn’t work as well as it did. Disappointed because it worked so well before.

I discovered Clay Lotus almost 2 years ago and they have since my regular face wash used twice a day. I made the switch because I wanted a more natural face wash that would help control the breakouts I was suffering from. This face wash has been fantastic at keeping my skin clean and clearing up any breakouts (which only happen on occasion now). Once the company restocked with their new, updated version, I ordered right away because I was on my last drops of the previous formula. And I'm happy to say I still love it! I really like the jelly consistency of the new product, and a little goes a LONG way so I feel like I definitely get my money's worth. Once I start massaging the product into my face, it lathers up really well. I don't always moisturize in the evenings, but this face wash doesn't dry me out or leave any residue behind. The scent may be a little strong for some, but it doesn't bother me one bit. I'm definitely a loyal customer and will continue to use this product and recommend it to my loved ones! I sincerely hope for those of you who find this review useful, your experience with this product is just as great as mine is!
