Make sure that you have a headset speaker!
Product was exactly as described and was delivered on time! I fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes with this replacement part. Thank You!***Edit***After the installation I could not hear calls through the headset (only through loud speaker). So I took the phone apart again and quickly realized the problem. While this is the touch screen digitizer and the frame (as described), it doesn't include the headset speaker which goes into the top of the frame. I easily solved this by taking the headset speaker from my old frame with the broken screen and installing it with this new frame and screen. Now everything works fine!
