Little too noisy
It broke down on me after 4 months. Sad...

It broke in less than a month
“UPDATED REVIEW- 2/11/2022” Customer service reached out to me to resolve my issue. The first washer I had was probably just defective. So they gave me different options to ensure customer satisfaction. Great customer service!I wanted to love this product and couldn’t wait to use it. It is small and fits in small places which is the only good thing about it. From the first use, the power button had issues. It wouldn’t turn on easily, i had to press the power button over 10 times to get it to work. In less than a month of using it, it stopped working and wouldn’t turn on. I wish I never made this purchase, what a waste of money.

used it only a few times
It is convenient for washing undergarments if you have to go do coin laundry, but I only used it a few times. It doesn't have a drying spinner basket like some more expensive models do and it required a lot of rinsing out afterwards (if laundry detergent is used).

It's perfect for small clothes, only downside being if you have a large load of takes a while to complete

Didn’t arrive with all the parts
Didn’t come with the AC plug, or the plug that keeps the water from just spilling out. Rendering it completely useless unless I spend more money on parts

Lasted 6 months
I used this to wash cloth menstrual pads a couple days out of the month. Worked great for 6 months after which it sounded like the motor died. Now I have an expensive bucket I use for hand washing :(
