This gorgeous Raspberry Pi case is compatible with both the Model A Raspberry Pi in addition to the Model B! This compact, low-cost case is tailored to fit the Raspberry Pi board and provides openings for all the connectors including an exit slot in the side of the case allowing a ribbon cable to be fitted to the board's 26-pin GPIO header. It also features a light pipe window for viewing the board's LED indicators!

Nice case, not perfect. Best for uses where case doesn't need to be opened.
It fits the Model A with Ethernet and second USB port covered by tabs, and if you break away the tabs, it will fit a Model B. Fit is great, but the Pi is only held loosely in the lower compartment so it can't be used with the top off (some other cases I have grip the Pi board very tightly). Bottom of case has slots for wall mounting (ideal position is with USB and Ethernet ports facing down). All ports line up well, and there's a thin slot for a GPIO cable. Nice feature - there are channel guides to bring the light from the LEDs on the Raspberry Pi to the surface of the case. This means that you don't need to peer down a narrow hole to see the status lights, but instead they're visible from a wide angle. Plastic feels sturdy, not cheap, and looks decent. The case is a bit larger than the Pi, and the audio / composite video ports are therefore recessed in and protected - another nice touch from the designer of the case. Case is held close by 4 screws, and that's one of the weaknesses - it's not designed to be easily opened, and screwing / unscrewing it a few times would very likely wear out the plastic. There is no rubber or silicone feet provided, so it will slide around on a smooth table. Easy enough to buy them and add them yourself, but it would have been nice if they were included. I paid $8 for this case shipped, which is a fair price for a decent Raspberry Pi case. I'd say this is a good case for XBMC / Media Center / home server type of application.

Great case, a bit bulky
I got this case to replace a snap together case I had my Pi in previously. When the previous case would fall, it would open and my Pi would fall out. This case has screws on the back that hold it together and solves my problem perfectly. It also has mounting groves on the back to put it securely on a wall if you wanted to. Its a bit bulkier than my old case, but has a slightly better aesthetic since all the ports are flush with the case. The led light guides are also a nice touch to easily see activity/power from a distance.

Great quality
I was previously using a cheap quality case that didn't hold the Pi in place very well. It would shift in the case when attaching cables. This case holds the Pi securely in place and makes plugging in cables simple. Highly recommended.

Poor fit
I had to file down two slots in order to fit the pi board into the enclosure. Even so, the top presses down on the sd card and the pi won't boot with the top of the case screwed into place--pi works fine with the top off. I don't recommend this case.

Fits Perfect. Great Protection
Ordered this hoping it would be a good fit..Great PERFECT fit. No moving of the Pi inside. All of the connections are very easy to get to. The reviewer that said you need an exacto knife must be extremely OCD.I popped the little "tabs" out at the Post Office while walking out to my car, and you can't tell unless you hold up to your face and stare for awhile.Great, GREAT product. Makes transporting to and from work easy and worry free.I have this as my Java Developing platform while learning the advanced concepts. The back has recessed holes to hang on a while or other surface. Will be great when I make my Pi a headless server.GREAT CASE!!!

Very good basic case
This is my first Pi case, so take this for what it is. Overall, it's a snug fit that's aesthetically pleasing and is perfect for someone planning on using the Pi as a secondary computer. It also has holes on the back for hanging from screws, which I found useful for my purposes.I haven't played with it much, although, I'm fairly certain that by using this case you are forgoing the use of the GPIO pins. If this case had a single downside, it would be this.

Very well built, Probably the best case for the pi
I have tried a few other cases for the pi and i have to say this one is the best, It has screws that holds it together and is made from very sturdy plastic, I would say with a little tape over the ports and gpio slot you could probably keep it outside in the rain and it would probably still protect the pi.

Just wgat the Pi needs
Good strong case easy to assemble but my only gripe is that you cant get to the GPIO connectors with it assembled. The Pi fits perfectly, just remember to remove the plastic where the USB ports are if you have a model B Pi
