Not the Quality I Expected
Going to make my own soy sauce and gave some thought to the equipment I might use, especially the Koji tray. However, i did not want to scrimp but decided to invest in the ‘pucker’ thing. Sadly, this did not meet my expectations.I am sure that this will ‘do the job’, but so would something I knocked up from scraps of wood. This is very light weight, and not the best quality, the base was warped, and the holes the pegs are meant to be driven through are poor, one of which is actually bursting through the end of the panel.I expected something with a bit of substance to it. Not worth the £70 it cost
