The media could not be loaded. I use it to track my moods if there up or down and it’s rly helpful to reflect on my day in the evening and set myself goals for 2 Moro. Also good for keeping track of my eating habits/snacks etc & even my weight. Highly recommend. - nothing fancy or girly. Straightforward and easy to use. Defo get 1

Very good idea
This product is wonderful and helps me keep track of my PMT and conditions affecting me.But you get to see a pattern falling and I don’t fill it in everyday - just on days I want to. Usually 4 a week. I have stacks to go thru first as well to catch up

best mood tracker journal for me
I really like this mood tracker journal because it's not dated, so if I miss a day or two I don't feel badly about wasting pages. Also, I found that this journal has everything I"m looking for; like a good daily journal entry spot, gratitude area, goals area, sleep tracker, energy level, Mood, my activities for the day, and food tracker. It's awesome. I just bought my second one. I have tried other mood tracker journals and this one is my favorite by far and the price point is reasonable for a journal.

Great journal for tracking mood, starting new meds, sleep, eating habits, and just your mood and gratitude in general

Great journal
I love the look of the journal. I think it has all the necessary categories. I have used other diet journals before but this one has mood indicators and room for other details. Food isn't usually the only problem when it comes to weight, it is emotions.
