I need to take a multivitamin now, as I can't seem to get what I need from diet alone, and this one has proven itself, it works, has all those trace elements I was looking for, it's coated so easy to swallow, it's not too big, and the price is great. My 200 count bottle came right away, no problems, no melt pills or broken seal. They are effective, and that's what counts, I'd take them whether they were for women or men, idk what the difference is, but if you're looking for a quality multivitamin at a decent price, this is probably the best choice. No weird smell or taste either.

I am a woman who is almost 70 years old. When I retired a few years ago, I started noticing the crepey skin on my arms and blood spots on my hands when I bumped things, especially if I got scraped on a cardboard box. The doctors all told me that those are an age-related thing and to live with it. There is nothing they could do about it. Lately, these things seemed to be getting worse, and I was feeling tired and washed out, so I decided I should probably start taking a multi vitamin. After looking at several, I decided on these, partly, because this brand has been around for decades. So anyway, I ordered these and started taking them on Jan 10. It is now Feb 28, and I can't believe the difference. All of the blood spots on my hands have healed up and I haven't developed any new ones. Because I work in the yard and garden ( and have several cats and dogs), I am usually covered in scratches. The ones I had healed, and any new ones are healing much faster than normal. The big thing that simply amazes me is that the crepey skin on my arms is almost completely gone. There is still some lines left, but they are getting better as time goes on. If I take these on an empty stomach, they will cause some upset, especially if I drink coffee soon after. If that happens, I just eat a little something and it stops it. These taste and smell like sugar cookies, which I find nice, but sort of strange since the product for men doesn't have any smell at all. These are a little on the larger size, but not huge. The coating makes them easy to swallow. I guess that I was very depleted in my vitamins and minerals, this product has helped me so much it is unbelievable. I will be repurchasing.

Bought in July 2025 and expiry date August 2026 so it's good

The product will expire before I even finish its contents.... 200 tablets, one a day and the expiry date is in next February, very disappointed
