This knife roll actually surprised me in that the quality and build were much better than I expected. From my picture you can see it (just) holds a 10" Sabatier and it also shows what the plastic bits are for!🙄

This item is ok do not buy if you have over 8 inch knives tho

Butchers & Chef's are very passionate about their knives. There are an important part of their trade.These knives have to be transported safely from A to B, on sometimes a daily basis. This carrier fits the bill. It's waxed canvas, that becomes supple with use. I use it for about 5 of my "important" knives & steel & I'm more than happy with it.There are a few "Snowflake" comments on here about cutting fingers & the bag when using it. I thinkit boils down to having respect for the equipment you are using?

It’s good if you only need a few knives at work … fairly strong .. had mine a few months now and still in good condition… would definitely purchase again .
