Very useful. They helped me with my moderate acne bumps and with consisent use they reduce pimples. Its good to have these and wipe your face after laying down or touching it. Buy it! 💯 It also better to use these on certain days instead of drying your face out with harsh 2%salicylic acid cleansers every time.

At 69 years old, I developed 2 nasty pimples on my forehead side by side. I tried everything for about 6 weeks with no results and they were so painful. I remembered ordering these pads for my grandson and used one on 7/24/26. Within 2 hours, they were shrinking! Its now 9:30am EST 7/25/26 and both pimples are flat and dried! Replaced my old toner with these and noticed a difference in just 2 days. When I first got them, I used the morning and night just to clear up the stubborn chin and cheek acne, but now I just use it in the mornings along with their Rapid Clear spot treatment as needed. It dries up the acne quickly and I saw noticeable results almost same day. Everyone is different, and new skin care regimens can take time, but for me this is a win. Will continue purchasing!

You can actually feel your face get cleaner when you use it it works I would recommend it to a friend I've used this manufacturer for many years now and I try and use as many products from the same manufacturer as I can you know being OCD and all

I have use over many years product work great for me. I use to break out really bad on hot days would look terrible because I allergies to my own sweat now in a day may two I all cleared up.

As a long time sufferer of acne, you have times where you break out a lot, and times when your skin seems calm. For me, usually when I travel and can't stick to my skin care routine, I tend to break out more. So when I was getting ready for a vacation with an 18 hour flight ( with a tight connection in between) each way, I thought I would try the Neutrogena Oil-free cleansing wipes and these Rapid clear treatment pads to keep my skin clean and oil free on the flight and during my vacation (I was traveling to a hot & humid place so it makes it worse if you have already oily skin like I do).I wiped my face with the wipes first to remove any oil and then used these pads to treat my skin 1/2 way through the flight and then before I got off the plane. My skin felt great coming off the flight, so far so good. I used the wipes and pads throughout my trip and I was amazed at how my skin changed. I had broken out before I had left for the trip and after a week of using these pads 2-3 times a day...my skin literally felt smoother and softer and I had fewer pimples. I have tried so many different prescription acne treatments Epiduo, Differin, Clindamycin...the list goes on, but I have never seen such a drastic change in the texture of my skin in such a short time as when I had used this. The active ingredient is salicylic acid so it does sting a bit as expected for this ingredient.Everyone's skin is different, so I don't know how well it would work for anyone, but if you were looking to try something and was sick of using prescription meds as I was, I would definitely recommend giving this a shot. Very happy with the product..definitely brings down the size of pimples the next day! Leaves a slight sticky residue but okay. One star less for the strong alcohol content.
