Different Sellers = Different Models
The one I received was Pink not White as pictured and had a round bottom not a flat bottom. I like it so much I ordered one for my daughter. Unfortunately the White one with a flat bottom was not as heavy at the bottom and it was LOUD! Returned it (different Seller). To be fair the white one could have just been a defective unit. I have also learned that they can be purchased from WalMart. For the price this unit is very nice. It can be used similarly to a Gua Sha tool while incorporating the option of vibration at 2 levels (YouTube Gua Sha). Be careful with how much pressure you put on the handle. It can break within a few weeks if too much pressure is put on it, hence the low price. Now I hold it by wrapping my bottom 3 fingers on one side, thumb on the other side, and put my index finger pointed up on the top of the handle to brace it. REGISTER it for the warranty. Easy to do and Customer Service is wonderful!!!! They replaced the first one that cracked fast and were very pleasant.

Works like magic
What a wonderful product! Finally something that soothes a tired skin without having to put in too much effort. The vibrations from dual sonic heads work like magic to relax your skin and make you feel rejuvenated and glowing. Absolutely recommend it to anyone short on time and technique (like Gua sha) and want to achieve best results.

I like this little gadget!
I have been using this for about a month now. I use it with oil as well as creams. I do like the massage this gives my face, jaw and neck. I don't see any differences yet, but it feels good and there is value in that!

Already broken
It's broken already with very light and seldom use after only one year. Would not recommend !

Is half star available?
Used twice and the glue that holds the shaft together, above the power button, failed. To use it I have to hold the 2 pieces together.

Wonderful
Worth every cent! After suffering from jaw pain for 6 month my physical therapist recommended this product and it works wonderfully. It helped to relieve my jaw pain and I’ve been feeling great ever since.
