Great for juicing!
I don’t have a juicer so I use these to strain the pulp! They work so well. I cut one piece into 4 so it lasts me a very long time. One small square, I can use about 6 times with no problem.

Reliable and Economical
I repeatedly order this product for various purposes. Primarily to strain homemade yogurt to make greek yogurt, but can be used for any type of steeping purposes (tea, etc.).It can be tricky to cut, make sure you have sharp scissors.Make sure to check the prices on the quantities because it's usually a nominal amount of money more to order the larger quantity!

A simple but multi-purpose tool
I needed cheesecloth for a variety of things (making broth, making kefir, straining, etc.) and felt a brand that sold it in a larger quantity would be better for me. The quality of the material is exactly what I was expecting based on the product description. This cloth is a game changer for me in the kitchen, it allows me to strain things more quickly or brew kefir in an "open" method while keeping out insects and debris. I can also use it in the slow cooker to keep all the ingredients together when I make broth, this makes clean up easier. My only gripe about this cloth is that stains easily, when you make something with a vibrant colour, you basically have to commit to using that square for only that purpose because it's hard to remove stains once they set in. So I keep bits of this cloth for specific purposes and don't mix them. But this is to be expected with such a natural fabric. That said, I'd buy this product again because it has infinite uses and you can cut it for exactly the purpose you require.

Impressed.
Since I've been more plant-based since last year, I cook more and I've started to immerse myself in doing things from scratch. One of those things was making my own veggie broth. I already knew that a cheesecloth was part of the deal and I knew how fragile the cheesecloth can be and that many people throw it out after *each* use, which I felt was a waste. And since I'm also going zero waste this year, it just seemed...excessive.However, after reading the reviews, I took a chance and got the single cloth. I am relieved--RELIEVED--that this one turned out to be fairly decent. Then again, I am a novice so maybe I'm too easily impressed :).This was a h-u-g-e piece of cloth and I almost thought too large but it actually worked out perfectly for what I needed it for. First, I washed it in non-toxic (Seventh Generation dish soap) by itself, very gently then let it air dry. It held up well, far better than I thought it would. When I used it to make my first ever batch of veggie broth, it held up even better then expected! And I wasn't really gentle when I was squeezing the liquid out and it still held up decently but if you are too aggressive and rush, it'll definitely tear. I also washed it again afterwards, let it dry and while there were light stains on it from the veggies, it still held up as well as the texture of the cloth still fairly soft and not at all stiff. In other words, I can at least use it one more time--hopefully more. And if need more, I'll get the multi-pack, for sure. Recommend for the novice, as it is forgiving and easy to use.(Update 4/12/18: I was able to use this cloth for another round of veggie broth! I used a different recipe that included a tablespoon of EVOO--which, silly me, I shouldn't have done but I didn't realize that until after I'd strained it. Ugh. Despite that mistake, I was able to clean it thoroughly and it's STILL in good shape to use again!)

Good as a oat milk cloth
Used this a number of times to make oat milk. I sometimes double strain it but it's fairly fine and good at filtering after just one strain so usually don't bother. It is a slightly odd size for this job (with excess getting in the way a bit) and I am thinking I might cut it down slightly, but it isn't a huge issue. It is a pain to clean but I imagine anything like this would be! Only used it maybe 10 times so far but so far it's worked well. It is fairly delicate but not ripped yet.
