Revenge, Baby: A Taboo / Age-Gap Romance (Unexpected Babies Book 3)

Colton is a fantastic character & his love for Ember is absolutely amazing. I read this in a few hours because I really didn't want to stop.

To fast, to short and way to much repetition. It's basically the same dialogue cut and pasted over and over again with a bit of story progression. It is so triple spaced that you only get like 11 lines max per page and those are mostly him talking about how adorable she is or her talking about how much her ex sucks for all the things he did wrong.Grammar and spelling was on point, and the formatting made for an easy read. Zero hard words and no deep complexities that require any inner reflection or further thought. My 11yr old could read it cover to cover with out a problem. Then again, he could have written it as well. That's not to say the author is comparable to a 6th grader, but more so that my son is comparable to an adult with his level of comprehension and skill.This book is well suited for older readers who need larger print and easy to read text. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone who reads romance novels on the regular and is expecting it to be on par with today's contemporary romances. I probably won't read anything else by the author, this writing style just doesn't appeal to me. I crave escape from the world by fully submerging into the world the author created. That just wasn't happening in this book.

The idea for the story was good and when there were updates to the story it was nice, but the dialogue was extremely repetitive (basically seemed copy pasted from chapter to chapter). It seemed like this repetitive dialogue was used as filler to make the story longer. The story was cute otherwise.

Wow. Yes. Absolutely. I can’t remember if this was recommended from TikTok or Facebook but it is a clear winner. It is totally worth losing sleep over. I could not put it down. Hours passed like minutes. I loved the entire book and I am entirely satisfied with the ending. And steamy? Yes! So freaking good! Must read!

I wasn’t quite sure where this story was headed at first, it is fast paced and takes you on a bit of a roller coaster ride. I think it all worked out perfectly for Colton & Ember in the end.

This was a very cute read, short but cute. Loved Colton for stepping in when his younger brother Callum didn't want to. But eventually did. I managed to finish reading in day, it did seem that the story went to quickly, some plot whole made it seem rushed. But overall a very cute read

Ok so I was hoping for more it was kinda rushed. I don’t mind insta love but this one was extremely fast. From the blurb and cover it just doesn’t seem to match what I was hoping for.

This sweet, quick romance has everything you need. From hot scenes to swoon worthy lines. An unconventional tail of falling for the older brother after finding out you're pregnant by the younger brother delivers all the feels.

Great story line and characters, just felt that the f bomb was dropped way more than was necessary and spoilt it a bit for me

A quick enjoyable forbidden romance with just the right amount of angst. The only thing that I didn't enjoy so much was the way the heroine was portrayed as some sort of brainless idiot throughout the whole story.
