Broken light
One of the light bulbs doesn't work. Kind of hard to find another one where I live so only one is useable.

Pleased with Purchase and Service
I was happy with this purchase as there are a lot of useful features on the lights and I think they are a very good value. The different color temperatures (bicolor) are great, and mean that one doesn't need to mess with two sets of lights right out of the gate, but still can have different lighting options. The stands support the lights well, and are easy to set up. The size of the softboxes are better than many options at the same price point, easy to set up, have a silver interior, and they throw a lot of light which can be switched between the 4 settings for different intensities (warm, cool, strong, dim, etc.) The package they arrived in was smaller than I expected, light and easy to carry, and well organized. I also found the service folks very responsive to any questions or needs, and unusually pleasant, sensible and kind.

Very bright but not happy
The first light I set up was perfect, had a nice bright light and the remote works well within a short distance. That said the second light is crooked. I am hoping there is a way to straighten it but if not it's not real helpful. It's just as bright as the other one but harder to aim at specific areas because of the angle. Other than that these lights are great. I use them with a green screen background and they knock out the shadows really well. The lights are good led lights and have multiple brightness settings.They are just as good at creating shadows if you want to use them for that or for lighting up an entire space. As you can see in the pic you can pick different settings for different type of lighting. They work great solo or with back lights as well. I highly recommend these as long as you get two straight ones.
