This item would have got 5 stars had the instructions been written correctly. They were a nightmare. A couple of points to consider, put the pole covers/shrouds over the poles before assembling. Also make sure your netting has the stitching facing the right way out i.e., from the entrance of the trampoline the words 'upper bounce' should read the right way around then place your netting accordingly. We found we had done it the wrong way and had to re-do it. The instructions miss out sections so we found we were assembling it then partly disassembling it to put other parts on. Also on the bottom part of the structure which rests on the floor - make sure the cross bars are midway down at least because the photo is misleading and my 9 year old banged their head as their weight made them hit the crossbar through the net. My husband said he has never seen such terrible instructions. Other than that, the item is great, sturdy, plenty of room for multiple people. It's just that Upper Bounce need to sort out their instructions.

We bought this as it was rectangular and a round trampoline wouldn't fit in our garden.It is really sturdy, was fairy easy to put together (with the app) it took 2 of us around 4 hours though, not the 2hrs it says on the box! Overall though it was fairly simple to follow the instructions. It would have made things simpler if all the poles were labelled, the plan says to take pole x and slide into pole y but nothing has any letters or numbers on!!It's really sturdy and so far standing up to daily use by two bouncy, energetic boys!!Really pleased, worth the money.

Took my husband took over a day to put together and putting the net on with the instructions given wasn’t easy as said to thread the rope through the mat but the holes were too small so he did it a different way.It seems quite sturdy and is a good size for my 15 year old son who loves the sensory feedback the trampoline gives him.

It says easy assembly in 2hrs, but that's only if you have someone strong assisting you. But it's sturdy and beautiful. Well made and the instructions were easy enough to follow. All parts were included.
