Yes, there are instructions on how to make waffles: add eggs and milk. I wasn't too happy with the results when I made the waffles. Just my personal preference.

The best results are to cook as individual pancakes This is a great mix but not intended to cook like breads in the oven.

The whey protein isolate needs time to work its magic :) 2.We've found a light hint of cooking spray works best for protein pancakes and prevents them from sticking. 3. Otherwise you run the risk of burning the outside and undercooking the inside. Remember, "slow and low" 4.Too thick, too thin or a little dry? Just tweak the amount of water you're adding to find your personal protein pancake sweet spot.
