Little difficult to use at first. Keeps wanting to roll back up. Once unrolled for awhile it ok.

Great baking tool
This Extra Large pastry mat was a great purchase. It arrived lighting fast. I have been making a certain cookie for years just rolling it out on my counter top. The dough always stuck to the counter top and it was not fun. I just made these cookies and the pastry mat made a world of a difference. I could roll the dough out to the exact size called for and got it paper thin, yet the dough released from the mat with ease. Washed up nicely. Care instructions printed right on the mat. I wish I had gotten this years ago!

You get what you pay for
Shouldn't have been surprised considering the price is pretty low. Material is very thin but still usable. The marking on the silicone look like they could potentially peel off but good of you just want to use for bread kneading and pastries. Do I see this lasting for a long time, no.Have not tried to use in the oven so I cannot say anything in regards to heat resistance.

Easy to set up
Starting now, it will be where I roll out dough for a pizza. The process is made easier by this surface, not only the markings but the texture.

Pastry mat works fine
The shipping is fast and the product work fine as pastry mat, it is easy to clean up afterward. I have not use it in the oven yet, so I do not know how it will perform.

I like everything about; and the price is right. There’s more expensive one, but i can not imagine them being any better. Get it!

Good size, easy cleaning
Started making bread recently and was covering my stove top with plastic wrap. This works much better. Just be careful with some of the conversions on it as many are rounded off quite a bit.

Rolls out flat. Easy cleanup!
I bought this to use instead of the counter top for baking bread. It works great. It rolls out flat. You still need to sprinkle flour on it to work the dough, but it makes cleanup so easy. Also, the different diameter circles help when making pizza dough.
