To keep fruit flies off of fruit!!
We use these perforated bags to keep bugs and especially fruit flies off of fruits both inside the house and outdoors. I submit a photo of Asian pears stored nicely in the perforated bags -- a few fruits are lined up outside the bags to be used first while the ones in the bags keep very well on our outdoor drying rack where there is good air flow as well. The bags are large enough to fit a dinner plate in it, so indoors we might put damaged garden tomatoes or other produce on plates in the bag to keep fruit flies from getting at them which helps to keep the produce from rotting. WORKS GREAT!

Would recommend for smaller loaves
Great quality and durability for bread. The twist ties make it easy to seal and very functional. I love the clear bag so you can see it without always opening it. The size is great for one small loaf of bread. It is also a thinner material which I prefer. It hasn’t ripped on me yet!

Bags don't keep bread fresh. Hard as a rock after just a couple days.
I made some fresh bread to give in a food basket for the holidays. The bags are a good size and look nice, but after being in the bags just a couple days the bread was hard as a rock. I can see the micro holes being good if you put warm bread in them but they are not good to store bread in them. Disappointed
