I love it, but probably won't buy again
I love this wok, and I love crystel. Their products take such little space. When it comes to making stir fry and mapo tofu in this wok, is has been so much easier than using a regular pan (crystel 10inch non stick) however, I'm not really a huge fan of the nonstick coating from crystel. My other 2 nonstick pans from them are already wearing out (purchased from bloomingdales) and it's been maybe 1.5years to 2 years tops. I've been using them as advised, never on high heat and always handwashing with never a scorch pad or anything abrasive withal my nonstick pans from them. It's a great wok, but still a wok. If this one goes out in less than 2years, as much as I love it, I will probably try and learn how to use a regular wok from crystel that is not nonstick to replace.

Cristel 3 Quart Wok
I love wok's. Being able to handle high heat on a stovetop is a must for me; as I sometimes have patience issues (yes I can cook at low heat if I must) and I like the effect that wok's have on food. Pair that with a love of stir-fry and I'm a pretty happy camper. I cook on a gas stove for reference.I have a large metal wok that requires a wok ring that I use quite often (sold here on Amazon as well) and while I love it, sometimes it just is too big for me. This wok is smaller, and with the detachable handles, a little more accessible). It is considerably lighter than my other one too. That being said, I misread the description when ordering and didn't realize it was non-stick. I'm naturally cautious with non-stick as I've had bad experiences with it flaking off into food before. This one is a higher cost one though so I'm a bit more trusting of it and haven't had any issues thus far. That being said, I still wouldn't trust using it if I owned a pet bird (please look at the link between pet birds and non-stick if you ever decide you want that type of pet). Also because of the non-stick, you cannot use this pan in the broiler. Again, I'm ok with that, I generally don't stick wok type pans under the broiler anyway and I can't say that I'd ever choose to use this in the oven over my cast iron anyway. I do trust it in the dishwasher, and appreciate that it's dishwasher safe (the one failing of my cast iron cookware). I've used this several times now and put it in the dishwasher after each time and have noticed no deterioration. The detachable handles are amazing. I probably spent a half hour playing with these when I first got the pan; enjoying the novelty of it. I appreciate it can have either the two small, or the one long handle, although having three things means I always have to store one somewhere. Not huge, but it might get lost in my accessories drawer, but that's my failing. I typically end up using one short and one long on the pan to meet my needs. The lid is also good quality and fits the pan nicely. It certainly is changing my perspective on non-stick cookware. I look forward to trying out more recipes with this as the cooking method.Review by M. Reynard 2018

MAJOR RESTRICTION: Heat source cannot exceed 5 1/4" diameter for the 3 quart wok
This small-size wok is a startlingly beautiful pot. Just holding it in my hands is an incredibly satisfying experience. It's definitely hefty, substantial, shiny and just, all-together, really, really, nice! Unbelievably, it has a major, unfortunate restriction: It cannot be used on a heat source larger than its base/flat bottom--5 1/4" diameter. Also incredible: Cristel does not say anything about that restriction on this product page! You wouldn't know the diameter of its flat bottom unless you read my review. And this is exactly what it says in the Use and Care Instruction booklet: "Always choose a smaller cooking zone than the flat part of the thermodiffuser base of your pot or pan."Of course, that restriction makes perfect sense, but one tends to not think about it until one reads pamphlet instructions and places the actual pot on one's cook top. Then, all of a sudden it hits home. My heart just sank! I had been so excited about this pot--with more uses than a usual wok. So, definitely, do your homework and measure your heat surfaces before you put this wok in your cart! Also know--if you have a gas stove top--the licks of flame CANNOT be allowed to come up the outside of this wok.My experience: I have one burner on my electric radiant heat cook top with a small enough diameter to match this requirement--and it is at the very back of my cook top, with lower wattage than the other burners and hardly room to maneuver gentle stirring, let alone the aggressive tossing necessary for wok cooking. I have five induction plates and not a one will work with this wok--all have larger than 5 1/4"cooking surfaces. I have two electric cook plates, one of the two does have a small enough surface, but I will not recommend it to you because I am leery of its safety--it gets awful hot on the underside. To test this pot, I did get out my one electric cook plate with a small diameter heat surface. I sauteed onions, left them in the pot and took it off the heat. I layered rows of overlapping tomatoes, yellow squash and zucchini, drizzled with olive oil and topped with cheese and bread crumbs and put the whole thing in the oven. In other words, I sauteed in this pot, then used it as a casserole to bake in the oven. The pot has wonderful heat distribution and retention. The separate handles--one long and two small--are easy to attach/detach. The non-stick surface is truly non-stick and melted cheese and crusty bits detached from the surface with slight pressure from a wooden spatula. The pot is beautiful on the dinner table or buffet or counter. It does a fine job of moving from cook top to oven to table.Normal heat restrictions apply for this non-stick pot: 450 degrees Fahrenheit max in the oven; 520 degrees Fahrenheit max on a hot plate; never under the broiler; never in the microwave. Never put the removable handles in the oven. Do not use metal utensils on the non-stick surface. This pot can be put in a dishwasher. Also know that the wok pot is really not 3 quarts. It is actually 2.9 quarts, and rounded up. No biggie, but facts are facts.Regarding the size of this wok. You might want to spend some time seriously considering if this pot is actually large enough to use as a wok. Study its dimensions: Inside diameter at the top of the pot is 9 1/2", 5 1/4" at the bottom, going quickly to 5 1/2" as it starts to curve up. Height (without lid) is only 3". Outside diameter, at its widest spot where the permanent handles are, is 11 7/8".UPDATE: I am personally looking to replace our home's radiant cook top with an induction cook top. I have found that there are some of the more expensive cook tops that can recognize the 5 1/4" bottom of this pan, but not all the induction cook tops can. And here is an example: I am seriously considering the Electrolux 36 inch model and have asked Electrolux representatives to confirm if I will be able to use this pan on the smallest 6" cooking surface. They cannot tell me......I will personally have to travel a long way to go to a showroom with a working model and check it myself..... (Makes me want to give up on Electrolux.) Unbelievable, right? But that points out just how important the diameter of a pan's bottom is for all flat-top electric cook tops.
