Great cards, a lot of options and pre made workouts. I enjoy them a lot!

The workout cards are very helpful and well written. I like that I can mix the cards up for a variety of workouts.

The cards are a thin durable plastic. I appreciate the fabric band that comes with this deck to hold the cards together. The plastic bag that comes with it is cheap and not worth keeping; it makes for wasted packaging. The illustrations and directions are helpful. The difficulty level of each exercise is clearly marked on the front of each card. I don’t like the cluttered design due to over labeling of the brand name on both the front & back of each card. However, I really enjoy doing these exercises!

Lots of neat exercises. Illustrations show exactly how to do the exercises and the muscles that are exercised. Cards themselves are very high quality. Should last for many years.

I like the deck

These are fun to use. There is a QR code to scan to watch a private youtube video to demo it, but the card gives you visual and written instructions on how to do each exercise. I love my arena strength bands workout.

I do really like these cards and the workouts are great. But there is another set of cards I have that have a small picture diagram of what muscles you’re working out exactly. And that can be extremely helpful for someone with hip or back pain.

The perfect addition to my bands. Come in a case to travel with and quality of cards is great!

I thought it would be a full deck with cards for the wide bands too. Apparently you have to pay another £40 for those!! They are only cards!! Not really worth it.

Belle qualité des cartes en plastiques. Je crois qu’ils ont amélioré le set, il y a un anneau qui les tien ensemble et elles sont rangées dans un boîtier de plastique. Idéal pour des entraînements en voyage.
