Ab Twister Board for Exercise Waist Twisting Disc with 8 Magnets by Daiwa Felicity (Blue)

I almost didn't order this since I still have one of those vintage blue square shaped Twist & Tone exercisers from decades ago which I hadn't used in ages, but when I saw this FigureTrim Twist Exercise Disc one I thought it looked kinda cool and I had read the reviews for it which were very positive so I decided to go ahead & give it a try! I'm really happy I did order it because I love this and it is soooooo much better (and much more fun!) than my old square Twist & Tone! This FigureTrim Twist Exercise Disc is the perfect size for my feet and I absolutely love the massage nodes with magnets which is something the old square Twist & Tone did not have...plus the FigureTrim Twist Exercise Disc moves so much more smoother too....what a big difference!!! I am really super-happy with it and I love being able to use it pretty much anytime & anywhere.....while watching TV or listening to music....it's great!! This morning I got up & planned to do a quick 10 minute workout while I listened to music on my phone through my headphones before anyone else woke up....next thing I knew 45 minutes had passed by & my pedometer had logged in over 2,000 "steps" (although I wasn't actually stepping, but it still counted my "twists"...lol), I definitely worked up a sweat and I could really feel it working my waistline too....yes, it is fun! I think it is made well, seems durable enough that it will last for quite a while, so it is definitely worth the price! This is something I will be using everyday in addition to my other exercises....my daughters really enjoy using it too so I may end up having to buy a couple more of these! :)

Exercise

I love this especially if you're wanting to get a quick work out in. It only takes about 7 to 10 minutes a day. All you do is step on it and twist. I like that it arrives in the mail assembled and that it is made of good quality. Just watch your balance, at first make sure there is a nearby piece of furniture you can hold on to. Once you get used to it it is super easy and you will not worry about falling. Great exercise equipment.

Easy to use, great for multi tasking and Gett ng a work out in on your core. I have torn abdominal mussels, so this was nice to use with out the strain to get back in shape/tone

The Figure Trimmer Ab Twister Board is a lively and effective way to work out at home, I definitely recommend using this on carpet or a mat otherwise it’s a little slippery! It's compact, fun, and has helped me keep moving in a fun way! 💃
