This machine is extremely loud. It's louder than a fridge with the compressor running except it's like that all the time unlike a fridge. It's so loud it would not be possible to have a normal conversation while sitting next to the machine, far les actually try to sleep near it. It's also generates lots of vibration, it's very distracting.The design is excellent but it feels like it was made in Communist China, bad quality fittings and low quality materials. I think the "German" label is misleading, doesn't match the quality and performance of the other German goods I have.It produces a steady oxygen flow but it fails on every other criteria. I'd probably recommend just buying a much cheaper machine that will probably have the same flaws but at less expense.

Just arrived, before due date, but I have not had a chance to use it never mind review it. Ask again in about 2 weeks. Always the reviews are asked for too soon. I assume with remote control it will be easily managed, and German makes are always superior, so I’m hoping for a lot.

Was working fine the first two months, then the oxygen generator started making very loud noises and stopped making Oxygen after only 2 months. The 100% warranty is no good as there is no contact details for the supplier. I would not recommend this supplier or product.

First of all, this unit is very compact and although not the quietest on the market, its capacity and usability more than makes up for it!I've tried sleeping with thus running and although noticeable, it is not as noisy as some reviews would lead you to believe. It is more than easy to fall asleep near it!The remote control make it very easy to control as well as the touch-screen controller which gives a very informative display and is easy to understand as well as reasonably large digital display so you don't have to get up close to read it.Out and about, the cigarette lighter adaptor is handy and means that you can become mobile again.Overall, I am looking forward to long term use of this unit and the many benefits it brings.

Bought this as an alternative to my portable oxygen bottle, but found out very quickly that it is absolutely no good as a replacement for medical oxygen. One of the major buying points was that it came with an inverter for the car, but I quickly discovered that that is useless as well, the first time I used it the machine cut off after about two minutes, I tried again and the same thing happened. Also, the inverter was so hot it's a wonder it didn't burn a hole in the car carpet, absolutely useless and money wasted.
