This is an updated review: I initially bought this via Amazon UK and the product turned out to be faulty - it didn’t turn on. I only noticed this when I went to Turkey because it was a gift and I didn’t open the package until then. Afterwards I sent multiple complaints to Hyperice UK and Hyperice Turkey initially refused any support, because the distributor company isn’t the same as of the one in the UK. Somehow they communicated with each other and agreed to replace my faulty product.The Hyperice Turkey team performed and excellent customer service through chat and were always responsive. They also replaced the item swiftly. All in all: 5 Star to Hyperice Turkey but 1 Star to the supplier of this Amazon product. Because it seems that most of the 1 star reviewers complained about the same issue. They should not send faulty products.

Not sold by Amazon but by Hyperice directly. Huge batch of faulty products. Dozens of reviews saying product won’t turn on - same for me - took me an hour of customer services to get a refund AVOID!!

Product seems ok itself but why are the heads already down?I have only been using that for a week and seems that heads are not holding fine… it’s a very pricy item for which we expect it to last more than a week or a month…

Either this is a bad batch or a bad supplier. It seems like this is the official Hyperice seller, but who knows.

The item becomes faulty and doesn’t work after few months, Now they are stating that this item is classified as nonreturnable , no replacement, avoid this product at all costs unless you like throwing money away with gambling.

The media could not be loaded. The device looks fine however it never turned on. I watched numerous vids to try and fix it. Left it on for 4 hours but it never worked. The symptoms were that when charging I got a solid green led. When I unplugged it and pressed the on button for 3 seconds nothing happened. I was able to tap the on off button while plugging it in and out and the device worked for 1 second however that was the extent of it. Since I got the refund I decided to open it up to see if there was anything obvious. I spent 2 hours investigating but no joy.

Wouldn’t turn on, got a refund.

The device would do *nothing* more, not even charge. The charging light pulses red, indicating that it is charging but the device holds no charge. Even after being left overnight, it did not hold any charge. Now they are stating that it cannot be refunded, avoid this product at all costs unless you like throwing money away with gambling.
