I like this filter it cleans the water for fine mud, rust and many other visible impurities, after installing this filter my white clothes now stay white than before

The media could not be loaded. Filter is good.My requirement is fulfilled but leakage is not controlled.Don't know what to do

I can't see any difference in water color
Firstly the wrench is missing, I contacted and got the full product replacement which cost me an additional plumber fee to fit and remove, I thought they will send only a new wrench but they sent the whole product so strange!See the attached photo of the filtered water in the overhead tank, I can't see any difference in the water colour but it filtered the fine sediments.
