Chinese Oolong Tea 100 Tea Bags

Oolong tea is recommended by the South Beach Heart Program (which I'm following) so I thought I'd give it a try. Oolong tea is anti-oxidant rich, helps lower LDL, and increases LDL size - all really good for you.Oolong tea strikes a nice balance between green tea (healthy but yuck!) and black tea (tasty, sometimes a little too strong). I add a small amount of splenda and the combination is excellent. The wife drinks her tea straight up and this tea has become her favorite too. We have a pleasant cup together every night. Chinese Oolong makes "a nice cup of tea".

Not the best, I expected better from sea dye brand.

I had to come back on here and give my opinion on this tea so first I wanted to say is that I have copd which makes me so congested wen I get up but this tea clears all that up, so I would like to thank you for that I have drank a lot of oolong tea but this one for me is the best!!!!!

There was a review about how to prepare the tea which was very helpful. It stated that the temp of the water had to be 180 degrees and no more than 3 minutes steep. I like this tea a lot, add agave nectar and a little skim milk and you will sleep like a baby!

I was disappointed with this brand of oolong... it tastes very much like a 2-minute cup of Lipton black tea to me. Oolong should be sweet and full but dainty, and give you a "full" sensation after drinking it. This brand tastes very much like black tea, and had enough tannin in it to leave a film on top of tea that had cooled... which is too much.The tea bags are also on the small side, holding about half the amount of tea as I expected, and are not of the flow-through variety. Currently I'm drinking Organic Magnolia Oolong Tea by Choice, which cost about $3 for 20 tea bags, and is much more satisfying for discriminating oolong drinkers.

This is about the best Oolong tea I’ve ever tasted. Second box I’ve ordered.

Is it supposed to taste like dirt? Gross. I love green tea and black tea, the reviews I read on Oolong tea was that it was a combination of both. Fine, I can taste a little of the black, but what is that other taste in this tea? I swear, it's like dirt, or worse, and I don't want to think what the worse could be.Next time I buy tea from Amazon, I won't go for the cheapest. My fault, I know.

For me, this is the best oolong tea I have ever tasted. My first box was give to me by a Chinese acupuncturist after a conversation about tea. It is not bitter, brews really well. It is also very reasonably priced.
