Product is Good but Installation Charged because it was bought online !
The installation person came as scheduled but he said one part which costs around Rs 1150 not included as I had bought on Amazon - he said if we buy from a store it’s included but if bought online we have to pay for it extra because the online platforms sell at a lower price the manufacturer does not include this item !Very strange

Got Defective Piece.
The media could not be loaded. Got defective piece. After installation water was not getting heated.So we have to contact service centre.Jui Enterprise is their service centre from there person came 4 times in 4 days but he couldn’t solve the issue. And they r asking us to use this defective piece. So unprofessional. We have to chase service centre all the time. And now they are not picking up our calls also. Feeling Cheated. If anything goes wrong at our home with this defective piece then we will do case on company and service centre. As now domestic lines r getting Tripped due to this.

Product is good and service needs lot of improvement
I have bought the same model since the old one gone bad. Delivery was on time but the installation took forever. There is no good understanding between the installation person and customer care. They didn’t honour the appointment slot timing so I had to wait 2 weeks after receiving the product. Happy with the product but not with the installation.
