Well made, simple and a very practical tool!I usually use wood, pieces of tiles, or levels to prop tiles installed vertically without bottom support. The tool is a great replacement for all the improvisations that have different limitations. This tool is worth every penny as it saves the time that I used to spend gathering the improvisations and remedying all their malfunctions. Very happy with the tool!

Unfortunately the piece I received was defective, one side is misaligned that ruined my tile job. Otherwise it is nice and sturdy product.

I have been laying tile professionally for the past 15 years and I don’t remember being so content when finding a new tile tool as I was after using this tool for the first time. For this particular job, I had to install tiles in a big shower with a shampoo box and a shower door. I was able to use the tool in the two ways described in the instructions. I fixed the tool in the frame on the top of shower door with screws, exactly in the middle and installed a wide and pretty heavy 36 inches porcelain tile. The tool perfectly held the tile in place. I also used the tool in the shower wall niche. I put the tool in place using the extension and did not use any screws. Again, the tool kept the tiles in place without any issues. The best part was when I realized that I was able to complete the installation in the entire niche in one day and was also able to install two additional rows of tiles on top of the niche with no problem. I really recommend this. It is very easy to use.

The product is very good, but I don't know why the original packaging was opened, probably they send me a returned item, but it looks ok
