This is a great mouth freshener. It is cardamon seeds blended with saffron and other โspicesโ. Wouldโve been 5 stars if 1) ingredients labelling was more informative 2) purchased in September 2025 with a best before end of September 2025. Considering it has a date of 12 months from manufacture date. Why couldnโt they send me items with at least 6 months left. The cartridges are very well designed and easy to operate to dispense the contents. I found I only needed about half dozen seeds each time. The contents flow out easily and if you have over dispensed, itโs just as easy to return the seeds into the cartridge.
