Yellow not red

Installed both of these on my F-350 hitch in less than 10 minutes from the time I rounded up tools until I was done. Only tools I used was a 2 lb shop hammer and a stool to sit on. Swung the links up so hitch frame braced them as I drove the pins in. No silicone spray or lubricants of any kind needed, nor did I freeze the pins as some reviewers have done. The pins were already beveled on each end and readily aligned themselves as I drove them in with the hammer. The ones I received were yellow, not red, if that makes a difference. Some reviewers have said they painted theirs black before installing. I am quite happy with these as a solution for hooking up the trailer safety chains.

Ordered two sets of these and they both came in yellow. Bad? No! But when you have a red truck yellow danglers look funky. I ordered red and got yellow They were both 1/2" sets and went on fine. Wife helped me hold em in place for a moment while i used an 8" c clamp to squeeze them together and then finally hit em with a 3 lb. milling hammer and whamo Batman they were in place! I painted mine to match my truck. Yellow danglers looked really funkified.

Except for color, this was exactly what I was looking for. Painted mine black on day one and installed them as trailer safety chain connection points on may new 2020 Ford Super Duty. Took only a few minutes to install, but based on others feedback I did put the pins in the freezer prior to installing and I did use a 4lb mallet. But all in all, exactly what I wanted but BLACK would have been my choice of colors.

so i think these are awesome because it was super difficult to get chain hooks into the welded section of the hitch on my gmc 3500.the links were easy to install and make hooking up my trailer a cinch. side note I haven't tested them for the load rating claim, only that the functionality is good and assembly is easy.also of note mine showed up yellow.

First thing is first they sent me yellow. I just slapped some black paint on them. Only took maybe 2 minutes to install. On my F250. For the price I am happy.

Product is as described EXCEPT they are still sending shipping them out yellow and not red as shown in the picture. Would have been nice not to have to paint them and just install right away. None the less this is what I needed for my 2016 Sierra 2500 HD hitch to be able to attach my RV safety chains.

Unfortunately these are actually in yellow. They installed easily, and serve their purpose.
