How long is George's good for after opening?

Long time-you never have to refrigerate it

Can someone please tell me the difference between this one that cost $40 and the other 128 oz one that cost $27?

I don’t think anything is different other than the seller is asking for more money. I always buy the one for $27, I only purchased the $40 a few times when the cheaper one wasn’t available.

is this pasteurized ?

How is the aloe taste removed from this? Tastes like water. How do I know it’s not?

I don't know of a test that you can do....but aloe is always mostly water since it is the juice from a plant. I drink this to calm my digestive tract and urinary tract and it seems to help.
