Good product fits perfectly
Works really well. Fits perfectly but not as odor controlled as would like. But for the price it is a good choice. Better than others i have tried

Best Alternative Pads for Breeze Litter Box
I’ve tried a few alternatives for the Breeze Litter Box pads, and this one stands out as the best! It fits perfectly in the Breeze Litter Box, so I don’t have to adjust or worry about gaps. It’s absorbent and holds a lot more than other brands I’ve tried. I get the carbon and it helps control the odors. The price is better than the name-brand version, which makes it a great value. I usually know it’s time to change the pad when it starts to smell, but with this one, I changed it before any odor appeared.I’ll definitely keep buying these and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable alternative to Breeze pads!

Adequate but not Comparable
I've used the breeze system for my pandemic kitty since I brought her home in the first lockdown and every once in a while look for an alternative urine pad costing less per sheet, but once these "carbon activated whatevers" are done I'll go back to the original manufacturer's pads. These absorb fine, but there's very little odor control. Once you take the pad out and toss it in the trash you need to take the trash out of the apartment immediately. The original manufacturer pads absorb the odor much better. I put the urine pads in a bag and then that bag in the trash container, but these pads still reek odor through all of that.

Much better than the name brand!
So my wife and I have two big cats. With the name brand Multi-Cat version, we get two days of use before we have to change pads. Decided to give these a try. Lemme say that we get an extra day's use out of the pad. Even when the pad is soaked, there is very minimal soak through to the tray. And when you lift the pad, there is no drip. Lemme say that anyone complaining of drip is using the pads too long. You really can't go by what the manufacturer recommends. You go by look and feel. My experience is three days with two big cats. If you have one cat, you might get a week's use. If you have smaller cats, the same. Don't go by the manufacturer's recommendations. Use the experience and your own judgement. These are the pads to get!

No Odor Absorption, Inferior Liquid Absorption, Nasty Cleanup!
I figured I'd try these "activated carbon" pads in my boxes (2 cats, 2 Breeze boxes). After trying several of them, I can safely say this: I smell no odor neutralization. The activated carbon angle just seems to be seems to be hype that does nothing to stop odor. These pads stunk of urine after just a couple of days. They also got saturated much more quickly than the Breeze and Ultra Absorb pads do. Furthermore, the pads themselves are not sealed very well. When taking them out of the package, I noticed that many of them were not completely sealed all around. There were gaps where the contents of the pad can leak out. This is another thing that is not a problem with the Breeze or Ultra Absorb pads. The contents of the pad seem to be shredded material. Seeing the pads aren't properly sealed, I'm worried about them making a big mess. These pads are getting returned (DAMN, I didn't get around to returning; I was 1 day late; so I am stuck with a pack); and I am sticking with the Value Vortex Ultra Absorb.UPDATE: I forgot to change my breeze cat boxes before I went away for a few days; so I ended up not changing them for 7 days. I knew it would be unpleasant; but there was no putting it off any longer; I had to get in there and change them. I have 1 box for each cat. First the Peritas charcoal Activated Pad....it was a disaster. Not only was there unabsorbed urine sloshing in the tray, there was actually a large puddle on the floor under the box from the excess urine, which had nowhere to go, and leaked out of the tray. It was NASTY! I had to reach into the pee to grab the corners of the pad to get it out, because there is really nothing to hold onto around the edges for removal. The pad is also slightly smaller than the tray, so that doesn't help with urine absorption. As I feared, the top layer was leaking out the pad contents, making it even a more messy and unpleasant an experience, with black shredded paper falling out. As for the other box, the Ultra Absorb pad were very well saturated; but there was no sloshing urine in the tray, or leaking urine on the floor below the box. I really wish I had returned this pack of carbon pads back, as they are pretty much useless; so I've just thrown $25 away. Lesson learned.
