Excellent holster
I own many different holsters. Some I love and some turned out to be a disappointment. This unfortunately is a process many of us have to go through to find what works for us. With that said, the Fobus Evolution Holster is an excellent holster at an amazing price.I honestly did not expect this holster to be so great just based on the price and to be honest, the price is what helped me make the purchase because the risk was low if it turned out to not be very good.I was looking for an external holster that I can easily put on and take off. I wear dress pants and dress shirts with a sport coat as a cover garment. The problem with holsters that require your belt to slide into the backing is that it takes too long for me to put them on and take them off. I wanted to easily take off the holster when I arrived at work and quickly put it back on when I went out to lunch. The paddle holster is great for a couple of reasons. The paddle goes inside your pants and provides a stable platform to keep it in place, and then the raised edge on the paddle holster sits just below your belt to prevent it from coming out. This provides a stable platform with less wear and tear on your belt. The Fobus holster is shaped to your gun model and in my case it's designed for my Glock 26. The back of the paddle has a red rubber surface that does two things. It provides nice padding so that it's comfortable and it provides a non slip surface to help keep it in place. The Kidex portion that your gun slides into is very well constructed and very rugged. It feels and looks like a quality product. It has a retention screw so that you can adjust how much or how little retention you prefer. The factory setting was perfect for me so I did not have to adjust it at all.I can slip this holster on and off quickly and it's very comfortable for all day use. Sometimes I find that I keep it on when I am home just because it's so comfortable.I really wish I would have purchased this holster long ago. It's an excellent holster at an amazing price.

Great holster!
I have used Fobus belt holsters for years with different handguns. I believe their belt holster design is much better and stronger than their paddle version. Very good retention that is adjustable for your needs. Fit and finish are perfect as usual. It fit my Glock 42 perfectly. I use it when driving or on short walks when I don't want to pocket carry. I've never had a Fobus holster fail. I trust them.

Decent holster for Glock 17 (and others)
Now, bear in mind that I always review based upon price, function, and quality of a product. And based on those criteria, the Fobus Roto Evolution Series holster for Glock is a good holster. I'm certain there are better holsters to be found, but I doubt they will be at this price point. This holster is molded to specifically fit the guns indicated in the description - mainly full frame Glocks in 9mm or .40 cal. The muzzle end of the holster is open, so length is not going to be a problem. My 17 fits perfectly - but so will your 34 or 35....When ordering, I debated between the standard Fobus holster and the Roto. I decided on the Roto because I like having more options for position (cant) for various circumstances. Here's what you need to know:- The materials and workmanship of this holster are very good. It is inexpensive, but by no means "cheap".- Retention is adjustable. I had to back the retention off quite a bit to get a good draw friction, but it's simple and works great.- Draw requires a very deliberate "snap" motion. This is by design. When drawing from this holster, you need to pull straight out with a smooth, deliberate motion. There is no "sort of" about drawing your gun from the Fobus... I think some folks might have a problem with this, but I don't. I do recommend you put in some dry practice time with it, to get your technique into muscle memory.- The adjustable cant (angle of gun) is a nice feature. I actually found that the "12 O'Clock" position of the holster already provides a very comfortable position, but good to be able to adjust. There is an adjustment screw on the rear paddle side that allows you to lock down the position once you've selected it. I have noticed that with repeated use, it becomes necessary to re-tighten this locking screw. Not ideal.- This is my first paddle holster, and it took me a few cycles to develop a good method of putting it on and taking it off. I really like the paddle design so that I don't need to remove my belt to attach and detach the holster. Here's another good thing about it - you don't need to worry about where your belt loops are - the holster can go right over them. How many times does a belt loop interfere with the "perfect position" you want! The paddle (portion that goes inside the waistband) has excellent retention tabs that really grip the belt and waistband from the inside. This holster is not going to pop out.Is this holster a good concealed carry solution? Probably not the best. That's not why I got it, I bought this for competition shooting. It is technically a "concealment" holster, but it would not be my first choice for a daily carry holster. However, it fills all the requirements for IDPA, etc.I have noticed some friction "polishing" along both sides of the front of the trigger guard, as a result of the retention fit. If this is going to bother you, take that into consideration. In my opinion, and remember it's just an (Justin) opinion - this is a great holster for the price.UPDATE: I just installed an extended magazine release button on my Glock 17 (the Ghost X Mag) and this holster accomodates the button perfectly, and will not allow for accidental discharge of the magazines. So, if you have or are planning to have an extended mag release - this holster will fit it, and won't dump your magazine!IMPORTANT TIP: To address two potential issues, the tightness of the draw friction and the "polishing" of the gun - apply some silicone to the inside of the holster (either via spray or silicone cloth), being sure to coat the portion of the holster that houses the trigger guard (the main retention/friction point). This will significantly reduce the friction and allow smoother draws. It will also prevent the "plastic against plastic scraping" that occurs otherwise. After doing this, check the retention screw and re-adjust as necessary. I'd like to claim that I was smart enough to think of this, but I wasn't. Someone suggested it after I complained about the tightness.

It’s lightweight and you really don’t notice when my shirt is over it when I’m out and about.
The case was recommended by a friend of mine, but it’s amazing how well it’s made and how easy it is to get your side arm out of it.

Good holster
This is my second Fobus holster. First one worked great so I got one for a Glock 43x.

I knew I shouldn't have bought this
I would rather wrap my gun in a towel and put it in my pocket than use this oafy chunk of plastic. Glock 48 fits horribly in it and I really thought I clicked on inside wasteband version. Wicked annoying that I bought this instead of any one of a million better options.

Discreto
