Lemon Confectionery Drops, (1 lb. Resealable Zip Lock Bag)

Yummy! Took my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe and substituted the lemon chips, added dried lemon peel and used lemon extract instead of vanilla. These were delicious and will definitely be made again. I think I will glaze them with a little powdered sugar and fresh squeezed lemon juice and give these a nice alternative to plain cookies. They melted nicely, still retaining their drop shapes. If you like lemon flavored sweets, pick these up, even if they are kind of pricey.

I can’t recommend these enough! I use them in my lemon curd filled lemon cookies, and they sell out every single time. The flavor is spot-on — nothing artificial tasting — and they bake beautifully. I’ve tried other brands, but this one is hands-down my favorite, and I’ll only order from The Bulk-Priced Food Shoppe! Their customer service is truly five-star. I had a minor issue with an order recently, and they responded immediately, resolved it quickly, and were incredibly helpful throughout. That kind of service is rare these days, and it’s made me a loyal customer for life. 10/10 — Highly recommend!

Bought these to make some lemon loafs for the Christmas holidays as gifts. They add such a nice "treat" to the lemon loaf recipe I've used for over 30 years! Also appreciate that I could buy these through Amazon from a small business -- we have to keep our small American businesses going. The product did exactly what it was supposed to. You could easily use these in cookies as well, or melt them and spread it on top of a cookie for an extra special treat! I definitely know where to go if I need baking chips that aren't the basic chocolate or butterscotch which can be picked up at the local grocery store.

Taste great, too bad they were kind melted together, but in all fairness they were well packed. We were in the middle of a heat wave.

Delicious and packed extremely well. I was a little worried purchasing these in the summer feeling there was a good chance they’d melt on the way. Nope! They were packaged with cooling packs and insulated bubble wrap and were actually cool to the touch. I just baked with them and they are delicious too! Just right for my strawberry lemonade cookies.

The lemon baking chips arrived melted. They were packed with 3 small ice packs that were warm when I opened the box. When I went to return the item, it said they were non-returnable. So beware if you decide to order this in the summer months.

I've bought these before and they are really good. They package them well. I will continue to buy them.
