I am 17 years old, and Im pretty sure theres not really an age limit to this but I wanted to let you all know that this tea is VERY BAD for digestion, it gives you nausea, MILD headaches, and abdominal pain. Do not use it by all means for weight loss, it will ruin your digestive system and cause problems for your health. Pls believe me when I say this, as much as you want to lose weight find another and healthier way...because I did this for fun and the results were very bad and caused me to miss school.
