Insanely overpriced but ridiculously delicious
This jerky is extremely dangerous. I had the maple and it is like bacon candy. It is so tasty I polished off an entire bag in less than 10 minutes. So I got all excited and thought I would change my subscription to 2 bags next month instead. That was when I realized how much I had paid for that small bag. Don't get me wrong. The product is excellent. But it isn't enough of a value for me to get it on the regular. I'd rather candy my own bacon myself even though it would not quite be the same. I can buy a lot of bacon and brown sugar for $8 and have a faintly similar experience. Cheers for a wonderful product. Wish I could afford to purchase this luxury bacon jerky on a regular basis.

Future protein source
The taste is good. Maple flavor is a little bit too sweet for me. It's a good buy and I am enjoying it.

Very tasty, but small size with big price tag
High quality bacon jerky, but price for 2oz was very steep.

Taste is spot on PERFECTION.
IF the picture depicted matched the product and it was a tad more bacon 'jerky' or a bit cheaper, they'd have a 5 star rating. it's mostly in pieces and slightly undercooked (not that this is much of an issue, but it's NOTHING like the photo.... tho if they showed the ACTUAL photo, I doubt they'd sell ANY (at least not at that price). Probably won't ever get again unless they fix the $ &/or appearance, or qty per pkg. When one finishes the cooking, the sweet flavor suffers.

Very "Just OK" Product. Not up to the hype and way too expensive for what you get
Expected the product to be much more substantial and as I did not notice the package contains a "whopping" 2 ounces of product, that the price per pound actually is $52.96. Jerky normally is pricey, but this product is basically flavored undercooked bacon...maybe three slices. Still considerable uncooked rubbery fat on each piece ... not appealing to the senses. Resorted to putting the product in a frying pan in order to cook the fat further and to try to make it more palatable. This worked and it was better, but really you can buy some decent thick sliced bacon and cook it up, brush a little good quality real maple syrup on it and have your own snack. No it may not have a two year shelf life, but who buys or makes bacon and doesn't eat it very soon afterward? I'd pass on this one and stick to your tried and true jerky products.

An orgasm for your mouth!
My husband and I had some candied, peppered beef jerky years ago that we adored, and have not been able to find again. This one is a different brand, but every bit as good as what we used to get! If you love bacon, you will love this jerky. It's sweet, peppery, and bacony all at once. It's also gone now, so my mouth is sadly eating plain ol' non-orgasmic food until our next order arrives!

Not a Great Deal
The package I received (shown above) did not resemble at all the product photo of what I believed I had ordered at the higher price of $8.99. The photo over the product I ordered was a mason canning jar of at least pint size, holding a number of fairly long, thick crispy bacon jerky strips. The package delivered to me held a skimpily filled pouch of tiny thin slices of bacon that mostly just tasted like the pre-cpoked bacon strips you can in most grocery stores to microwave at home, with some maple flavoring added. If I had received the package of larger, thicker, crispier strips advertised, $8.99 would have been a bit overpriced. The package of thin limp squares of floppy baconesque product I actually received for that price barely made a noticeable bump in the padded envelope used to mail it. The flavor was fairly good, but definitely not worth the hype. Would not purchase again for any reason.

Soo good but you don’t get much in the bag
Very good but doesn’t come with a good amount, small portion but it’s too yummy to not buy again, hopefully they add more to the bag once going over the reviews.
