Without them many struggle. This allows me to have a general management approach to all illness/injury that shows up to our ambulance or tent.Identified deficiencies (after much digging):- Blast injury management- Tourniquet management- Amsler grid (just draw one on a "notes" pageThis book and a Maxwell should be standard in every Corpsmen Assault Pack.Well done.V/R, LT Landau

Great little handbook and it actually does fit in my pocket. a lot of the time the pocket guides are very large and not truly pocket-sized but this one is definitely pocket-sized. I use it in the emergency room as a quick reference.

I was eagerly awaiting the release of this little book for years. The size of the book is nice and portable. The coverage of topics is excellent. My only complaint is the extremely small and difficult to read print (even with corrected vision). I have the 4th edition and it is not so condensed and difficult to read

Must have for inpatient hospitalist role. Pertinent information at your fingertips . I brought the kindle version as it’s easier to read and you can zoom in on the words which is very tiny in the book.

Very good resource especially when doing admissions and have to present to attending on rounds. Great for 4th year medical students and interns especially.
