Great Product!
Bought this to replace the lock on a 2003 Rockwood Roo 23' Hybrid TT. The fitment was perfect. The lock is very heavy duty, solid and smooth. I was impressed at the quality of this item for the price. Installed in 5 minutes and works flawlessly. The only downside was that it doesn't come with screws for the striker plate. But I used some metal screws I had. also, it comes with 1 key for each lock. I had hoped that the same key operated the main lock and the deadlock. This may be a feature for some people.

Perfect replacement

Our original 14 year old FTC latch had worn out. This new latch fit the door panel and was a straightforward swap. Install was really easy. I made a 550 paracord pull handle which attaches to the inside handle, and makes closing the door easier.

SCREWS WERE TO SHORT
Great lock, very sturdy, but four main flat head machine screws were to short. A trip to local hardware store was necessary. This was installed in a Dutchman Aspen Ridge 27' travel trailer.

If your handle is not working smoothly or you don't have the keys just buy this.
Was worried FIC changed specs and fitment or color would be slightly different, they were not. Exact fit for replacement. Didn't have to bother measuring beforehand either. If your handle looks like this, it's it. This company makes majority of these as well as other camper parts. Nice to have a functioning set of locks now that I've actually got things inside worth protecting.

Great first impression
Drop in replacement that works wonderfully at least in the warm to moderate temperatures we've been having. We'll see what this winter brings.

Sometimes you have to read the reviews with a grain of salt!
It worked perfect and was easy to install. I was skeptical looking through the reviews for any of the travel trailer door handle replacement including this one. This looked the most like what I had on my 2005 Wildwood so I went with it. It works as good or better than the original. I have no negative comments.
