I reached out to customer service to get clarification on one of the steps and I had an immediate response. The customer service team was extremely helpful.The the app on the phone is easy to understand, and the features, like go around, like follow me, and return our easy to navigate. The camera takes amazing video and still shots. I didn’t encounter any vibration or shaking this to the camera. The three axle gimbal gives a so much more to the experience.I was pleasantly surprised with the drones performance in the wind. I never expected it to stay in position, but it remarkably stayed right on point.This company is second to none with their customer service and their drone is well constructed, easy to fly in beginners mode, and absolutely remarkable when taken out of beginners mode.

My first drone ,After my test flight today I must say I find this drone is pretty impressive. I can tell you this drone handles very well. The build quality is solid and appears very durable. I really don’t like reading instructions, so Bwine aap walks you through it and makes the drone flying very easy to use and also it is FAA compliance. This is no toy drone. This is a serious aerial photography tool for the money.This is a quality drone that in my opinion is well worth the price, offering durability and functionality rivaling, and actually surpassing, a more expensive drones. I definitely recommend it.

Not terrible for the price, I do think is should go farther. I got it to go aprox 300 ft but that was in a straight line above a quarry with no interference at all. Its easy and fun to use. Video and picture quality are good. The camera likes to get out of wack sometimes and will not center like it should but then it goes back after removing the batteries.
