The dude buttons are really - really stiff
It seems good but as others have mentioned the side buttons are really stiff. A child or old person can not adjust the volume!!

Ruined my phone
I used this charger twice. First time was fine, 2nd time the charging bit broke off into my phone. I took my phone to an apple store paid $100 to have it fixed and lost a couple hundred vacation photos. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Awful - Do Not Buy
Awful "battery" case.. Soon after I had it, the case blackened around the edges, unlike any case I've had before. The battery didn't work at all - even though it was always fully charged !! It did protect my phone when it fell :)
