This has stopped charging for me and I haven’t even had it for that long what can I do ?

This is very helpful. I will reach out too. I bought mine in July 2022 and it stopped charging in Feb or March of 2023.

Do Phillips Sonicare heads fit this toothbrush?

Sorry, they don‘t fit this toothbrush. We have own design. And we have 6 brush heads per set.

How do I change the brush part of the toothbrush? I can’t seem to unscrew it on my own.

Please pull it off directly, please note that there will be about 2~3mm between our brush head and the body.

Instructions don't say whether to leave the toothbrush on the charging stand all the time or let it discharge before charging. What is recommended?
