They’re also delicious, tastes like a gummy candy. They do harden after about a year, but you really should have the same container for that long. They are very strong- one is plenty. If I take two- I am completely out of it the next day.

I hope my title was as confusing as it initially seems. I was buying very similar type of gummies in the form of gummy bears, but to help my sleep. The problem was, the gummy bears actually tasted really good and it was hard to not eat more than one at a time, even though youre only supposed to eat one. So I was hoping to get a worse flavor so I wouldnt be tempted to eat more, and I was okay with a bad tasting gummy because its really just for my sleep and not to snack on. Take one 30-40 minutes before youre about to hit the sack and it does wonders. Doesnt help you stay asleep but melatonin isnt for that.
